Course Description
Beginners are welcome at the first and/or second session. This is an on-going studio class in which projects are presented and demonstrated by the instructor. Students are also welcome to pursue their own projects. The class takes place in an informal studio setting. Basic introductory skills are practiced and no previous experience with the ceramics is needed. Projects involve wheel throwing and hand-building. Finished pieces will be fired and can also be glazed. Come create a ceramic masterpiece. [ More Information ] |

Pomar Junction's late harvest viognier is an unctious mix of apricot, peaches and cream. Hand crafted from our estate vineyard at 35 brix. Carefully fermented to retain a residual sugar of 3%. It exhibits soft floral characteristics as well as citrus and smooth honey favors. Perfectly paired with desserts ranging from creme brulee to chocolate. Twenty five cases produced.
